Abstract

Dispositif de recouvrement et de fermeture du bol d'un appareil de traitement d'aliments. Un support 71 du couvercle 70 de l'appareil 20 est rigide et supporte une pale 95 déflectrice de brassage par le centre du couvercle 70. La pale porte un racleur 100 qui tourne avec elle au contact de la surface interne du couvercle 70 afin d'en détacher les aliments. Le frottement entre le racleur 100 et le couvercle empêche la pale déflectrice 95 de tourner librement lorsque son axe de rotation n'est pas vertical. Le couvercle transparent comprend une partie centrale souple et une partie extérieure rigide. Application à des appareils de mélange et de brassage à fonctionnement rapide.
