Abstract

Procédé d'obtention d'acide adipique à partir des eaux acides de lavage recueillies lors de l'oxydation de cyclohexane par de l'air, que l'on traite avec de l'acide nitrique, à des températures comprises entre 10 degrés et 50 degrés C, avec élimination de la chaleur de réaction par refroidissement extérieur. On amène le mélange réactionnel, en couche mince et en spirale, à contre-courant de l'agent réfrigérant, avec une vitesse d'écoulement d'au moins 2,0 m/s, à la condition que l'écoulement du mélange réactionnel ne soit pas perturbé.
