Abstract

L'invention concerne des dérivés nouveaux de la phénylglycine, notamment des dérivés N-( alpha -amino-acylés) des L-etDL- 4-hydroxy- ou 4-méthoxyphénylglycines. Elle concerne également un procédé par lequel ces dérivés peuvent être obtenus. Les composés de l'invention sont doués de propriétés pharmacologiques. Ils peuvent être utilisés dans le traitement de maladies et de troubles caractérisés par une réduction du débit sanguin, de la disponibilité en oxygene ou du métabolisme des glucides dans le système cardiovasculaire.
