Abstract

The folding easel is of metal tubing, it consists of two frame. Each frame (1, 2) is suitably bent and curved and each is of one single continuous length of tubing easily manufactured by a semi-skilled worker. The two frame (1, 2) are articulated together (5) by connectors (5) welded to one of the frames. In this manner and without additional support, the easel is blocked in its extension by the contact established, at its opened angle, by the two upper edges of the frames. An additional support at ground level (6) may, if necessary, be provided. The usage of this easel is greatly increased by the provision of two connecting link pieces (7, 8) with the result that the horizontal tube (9) can be freely extended or reduced in length according to need.
