Abstract

Système de commande en circuit fermé d'une machine auto matique de coupe et procédé de coupe d'une matière en feuilles. La machine comprend une lame à mouvement alternatif et la matière à découper est disposée en couches multiples sous forme d'une pile. La lame et la matière sont déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre de façon que la coupe s'effectue le long de lignes prédéterminées. Pendant la coupe, un détecteur détecte un paramètre qui dépend de l'interaction entre la lame et la matière et des signaux de réaction émis par le détecteur sont renvoyés au système de commande automatique en circuit fermé afin de régler l'opération de coupe ou de provoquer le début d'opérations supplémentaires. Application à la coupe suivant un patron de morceaux destinés à la confection de vêtements ou d'éléments de tapisse rie.
