Abstract

L'invention concerne un radio-immuno-essai, et en particulier la technique de séparation en phase solide utilisée dans un radio-immuno-essai. On utilise un tube à essai à double revêtement d'anticorps comprenant un tube à essai pouvant fixer une couche d'anticorps, une couche d'anticorps non spécifiques étant liée à au moins une portion de la surface interne du tube à essai, et une couche d'anticorps spécifiques étant liée à la couche d'anticorps non spécifiques. On sépare ainsi facilement l'antigène lié qui reste fixé au tube à essai et l'antigène libre qui reste en solution. Application à l'analyse par radio-immuno-essai de divers constituants de l'organisme.
