Abstract

Procédé de polissage d'une surface délimitée par un contour, du type dans lequel on imprime à l'outil 3 de polissage un mouvement alternatif rapide et de faible amplitude par rapport à son support et l'on déplace ce support par rapport à la surface 1 suivant un mouvement dont on change le vecteur-vitesse à chaque fois que l'outil atteint le contour 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on déplace de façon cyclique le support suivant plusieurs vecteurs-vitesses ayant des orientations différentes, ces orientations étant toutes obliques par rapport au mouvement alternatif de l'outil. Application au polissage des moules métalliques de fonderie.
