Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine de l'analyse médicale. Elle a trait à une composition d'essai qui permet de déceler la présence d'une substance douée d'activité de peroxydase dans un échantillon à analyser et qui renferme un hydroperoxyde organique, un indicateur apte à produire une réponse décelable en présence dudit hydroperoxyde et d'une substance douée d'activité de peroxydase, ainsi qu'un diluant et/ou un ester d'acide borique. Elle concerne egalement un dispositif et une méthode utilisant cette composition pour le dosage qualitatif et semi-quantitatif de substances douées d'activité de peroxydase dans un échantillon.
