Abstract

L'invention concerne l'industrie pharmaceutique. Elle a pour objet des sels du 1,3-bis(2-carboxychromone-5yloxy)profane-2-ol avec un composé basique contenant un hétérocycle azoté hexagonal et manifestant des propriétés antagonistes du récepteur H1 antihistaminiques, ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant : a. Un ou plusieurs composés choisis parmi le 1,3-bis(2-carboxychromone-5-yloxy)-propane-2-ol et ses sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables; et b. Un ou plusieurs antihistaminiques contenant un hétérocycle azoté hexagonal et manifestant des propriétés antagonistes du récepteur H1 . Les mélanges et compositions de l'invention sont préférés pour le traitement d'états allergiques de l'oeil et du nez.
