Abstract

a. Solutions de revêtement de rubans d'acier magnétique formant un film isolant et ayant un bas coefficient de dilatation thermique. b. Les solutions comprennent, sur base anhydre, pour 100 parties en poids d'acide phosphorique (calc. en P2 O5 ), de 10 à 35 parties en poids d'ions Ca**2**+ (calc. en CaO) et de 70 à 200 parties en poids de silice colloïdale (calc. en SiO 2 ). On peut y ajouter encore jusqu'à 20 parties de Mg**2+ (calc. en MgO), jusqu'à 30 parties de Cr**6+ (calc. en CrO3 ) et/ou jusqu'à 30 parties d acide phosphorique supplémentaire. c. Application au revêtement de rubans magnétiques utilisés dans les transformateurs et les moteurs électriques.
