Abstract

La présente invention concerne un convoyeur à bande, notamment pour les caissons à faire lever les pâtes. Ce convoyeur a une trajectoire de transport en spirale dont les portions rectilignes sont désignées en 1. Chaque chaîne 7 s'étend en continu entre un emplacement d'amenée et un emplacement de sortie des moules contenant la pâte. Les chaînes à maillons 7 sont guidées dans des profilés 8 entre des noix d'entraînement 9 et des plateaux circulaires tendeurs 11 en roue libre. Une chape 13 entoure les plateaux il et est reliée à un montant 15 du châssis de support du convoyeur par un ressort de traction 14. Les noix d'entraînement de chaîne sont montées sur un axe commun 10. L'invention s'applique aux caissons à faire lever les pâtes utilisés notamment en boulangerie.
