Abstract

Dispositif préparant des plaques de pâte à bords rectilignes qui sont ensuite enroulées La portion de pâte D, arrivant par la goulotte 2 sur la bande 3, est aplatie entre les rouleaux 4, elle passe du convoyeur 5 aux deux bandes 64 et 65 portées par deux chariots qui peuvent s'écarter l'un de l'autre. La plaque de pâte se replie en tombant dans l'intervalle et en arrivant sur le convoyeur 91. Elle se retourne en passant de celui-ci au convoyeur 92 dont la bande centrale se déplace plus vite que les bandes latérales. La plaque est à nouveau aplatie entre les rouleaux 94 et elle est roulée par l'action conjuguée de la bande 95 et de la paroi 96.
