Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production d'un antigène soluble de la rubéole. Ce procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a on soumet les milieux de croissance d'une culture de tissu de cellules infectées par le virus de la rubéole à une séparation chromatographique sur une colonne consistant en une phase solide sur laquelle on a fixé l'IgG dérivant du sérum humain connu comme contenant des anticorps réactifs vis-à-vis des antigènes de la rubéole; b. on élue ladite colonne pour séparer les substances fixées à l'IgG qu'elle contient; c. on soumet la substance éluée séparée à une chromatographie par perméation de gel pour effectuer la séparation dela substance sur la base de la taille moléculaire; d. on isole l'antigène de la rubéole de ladite substance éluée séparée classifiée sur la base de l'activté relative d'hémagglutination passive inverse.
