a. L'invention concerne une machine pour découper en tronçons égaux une bande de matière en mouvement par rotation de deux bandes de coupe en synchronisme avec l'amenée de la matière. b. Cette matière est caractérisée en ce que son bâti est agencé pour que la matière le traverse en son centre, des arbres d'entraînement opposés et superposés traversant les parois latérales de ce bâti, ces arbres étant accouplés avec des arbres excentriques sur lesquels sont montés des porte-lame de coupe, deux barres de guidage verticales étant suspendues à la paroi supérieure du bâti pour se déplacer longitudinalement, ces barres s'ajustant librement dans deux perçages verticaux pratiqués dans les porte-lame. c. L'invention est applicable, notamment, au découpage des feuillards.
