本发明涉及连铸钢坯在线切割装置,具体是一种钢坯薄刀切断机。包括床体、置于床体上的液压系统,床体内设有滑槽、滑槽上设有可上下滑动呈凹凸互锁伸缩式结构的上刀架和下刀架,下刀架下方设有夹坯梁,夹坯梁下方设有与床体连接的轨道式往返小车,上刀架上设有与下刀架的出刀孔对应的超薄镶嵌刀片,上刀架顶端与液压系统的主液压顶连接,下刀架下部和夹坯梁分别与液压系统的副液压顶连接。本发明节能环保,不损害钢坯,可对大钢坯(厚度大于一百五十毫米)和板坯在线切割,提高工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及连铸钢坯在线切割装置,具体是一种钢坯薄刀切断机。
背景技术
由于目前连铸钢坯的在线切割都是以火焰切割为主,火焰切割采用的气体主要有丙烷气、氧气、氮气等,火焰切割能耗太大并且对环境污染严重,切割缝隙在三毫米以上,造成钢坯的浪费,而钢坯热剪等技术不够成熟且对一百五十毫米以上的大钢坯不能切割。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,从而提供一种节约能源、在不损害钢坯的情况下完成对大钢坯或板坯在线切割的钢坯薄刀切断机。
本发明解决所述问题,采用的技术方案是:
一种钢坯薄刀切断机,包括床体、置于床体上的液压系统,床体内设有滑槽、滑槽上设有可上下滑动呈凹凸互锁伸缩式结构的上刀架和下刀架,下刀架下方设有夹坯梁,夹坯梁下方设有与床体连接的轨道式往返小车,上刀架上设有与下刀架的出刀孔对应的超薄镶嵌刀片,上刀架顶端与液压系统的主液压顶连接,下刀架下部和夹坯梁分别与液压系统的副液压顶连接。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点是:
节能环保,不损害钢坯,可对大钢坯(厚度大于一百五十毫米)和板坯在线切割,提高工作效率。
作为优选,本发明更进一步的技术方案是:
床体内设有循环水,床体前后设有水套,对床体和超薄镶嵌刀片起到降温作用,避免床体和超薄镶嵌刀片因作业高温造成磨损。
床体上方设有计数器,对切断次数进行计数。

具体实施方式:
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,目的仅在于更好地理解本发明内容,因此,所举之例并不限制本发明的保护范围。
参见图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7,床体7上设有液压系统,床体7内设有滑槽14,滑槽14上设有可上下滑动呈凹凸互锁伸缩式结构的上刀架1和下刀架2,下刀架2下方设有夹坯梁4,夹坯梁4下方设有与床体7连接的轨道式往返小车5,轨道式往返小车5采用液压或电机驱动,上刀架1上设有与下刀架2的出刀孔对应的超薄镶嵌刀片9,上刀架1顶端与液压系统的主液压顶6连接,下刀架2下部和夹坯梁4分别与液压系统的副液压顶8连接,床体7内还设有循环水,床体前后安装有水套10,水套10上设有进水口12和出水口11,水套10内腔循环水以及床体7内循环水对床体7和超薄镶嵌刀片9起到降温作用,避免床体7和超薄镶嵌刀片9因作业高温造成磨损,床体7上方设有计数器13,对切断次数进行计数。
操作过程为:操作室人工或自动给信号,液压系统工作,副液压顶8启动,下刀架2下行与轨道式往返小车5上的夹坯梁4共同夹住待切割的钢坯3,轨道式往返小车5随待切割的钢坯3前进,主液压顶6启动,上刀架1带动超薄镶嵌刀片9下行,切断带切割的钢坯3,主液压顶6收刀,副液压顶8松钢坯3,轨道式往返小车5带动床体7返回,完成一次钢坯3切割,如此循环往复,完成连铸钢坯的在线切割,通过计数器可计算切断次数,以备工作人员统计作业量,需要更换超薄镶嵌刀片9时,主液压顶6收缩,然后将床体上部移开,取出上刀架1,更换其上的超薄镶嵌刀片9。
本发明能够在不损害钢坯的情况下完成对大钢坯(厚度大于一百五十毫米)或板坯的下线切割,节能环保,提高工作效率。

1.一种钢坯薄刀切断机,包括床体、置于床体上的液压系统,其特征在于:床体内设有滑槽、滑槽上设有可上下滑动呈凹凸互锁伸缩式结构的上刀架和下刀架,下刀架下方设有夹坯梁,夹坯梁下方设有与床体连接的轨道式往返小车,上刀架上设有与下刀架的出刀孔对应的超薄镶嵌刀片,上刀架顶端与液压系统的主液压顶连接,下刀架下部和夹坯梁分别与液压系统的副液压顶连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢坯薄刀切断机,其特征在于:床体内设有循环水,床体前后设有水套。
