Abstract

Four à échauffement rapide grâce à une enceinte intermédiaire à paroi mince et à une lame d'air entre l'espace utile et la paroi extérieure isolante. L'enveloppe du four est constituée d'une couche isolante ayant une paroi interne 1 et, à l'intérieur, d'une paroi mince en tôle 2 englobant une lame d'air calme 3. Le produit 5 est placé sur le support 7 faisant partie d'un bâti 6. La porte 8 possède également une paroi en tôle mince 9 entourant une lame d'air 10.
