Abstract

a. Système de correction d'erreurs pour une mémoire à accès sélectif. b. Il comprend des circuits de contournement couplés aux circuits de sélection et de lecture et d'écriture afin de protéger tous les éléments de mémoire non-adressés dans le cas d'une impulsion de radiations; des moyens d'accès couplés à la mémoire pour accéder sélectivement aux mots d'information contenus dans différents emplacements de celle-ci; et, des circuits de correction et de recouvrement logique couplés auxdits moyens d'accès pour reconstituer le mot d information auquel il était accédé durant l'impulsion de radiations, afin de remplacer ce mot dans la mémoire par un mot identique reconstitué. c. Pour immuniser contre d'éventuelles radiations nucléaires ou analogues, les mémoires à accès direct des ordinateurs.
