Abstract

Ce casque est du type de ceux constitués par une coque et par une garniture intérieure munie de moyens de fixation du casque sur la tête de l'utilisateur. Le casque selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que la coque est constituée par une partie inférieure ou jupe 2, dans laquelle est fixée la garniture intérieure 5, et par une partie supérieure ou calotte 3 fixée à la jupe par une liaison décrivant une courbe fermée En cas d'explosion, la calotte se détache de la jupe sous une pression d'air telle que les organes de fixation (jugulaire 6, etc.) ne peuvent blesser l'utilisateur sous l'effet d'arrachement auquel est alors soumis le casque. Lorsque la liaison est un encliquetage élastique, la calotte peut aisément être remise en place
