Abstract

Dispositivo de cierre, aplicable a un envase por presión y retirable de él por tracción y destinado a mantener un vacío en el recipiente, proporcionando el dispositivo de cierre y el recipiente un conjunto que puede ser abierto fácilmente por un usuario sin la utilización de herramientas, cparacterizado en que comprende una porción de faldón colgante generalmente cilíndrica que está adaptada ppara extenderse hacia abajo alrededor del cuello de dicho recipiente, incluyendo dicho faldón un primer elemento de retención para sujetar de manera desacoplable dicho dispositivo de cierre en dicho cuello teniendo dicho faldón sujeto a él un elemento de tracción que incluye un apéndice y una bisagra que articula dicho apéndice al faldón, estando dicho elemento de tracción adaptado ppara ser arrancado por el usuario ppara sepparar el dispositivo de cierre del recipiente incluyendo dicho dispositivo de cierre medios de supresión del vacío que responden al accionamiento de dicho elemento de tracción, ppara romper el vacío existente en el interior del recipiente antes de liberar sustancialmente el citado primer elemento de retención del cuello del recipiente.
