Abstract

L'invention concerne les dispositifs d'emmagasinage à semiconducteurs. Le dispositif d'emmagasinage 1 comprend un substrat 6, une source 3 et un drain 4 séparés par un canal 2. L'électrode de grille 6 est isolée du canal 2. En appliquant des impulsions appropriées à la grille 6, on peut faire passer le dispositif 1 d'un état d'équilibre caractérisé par l'apparition d'une couche d'inversion à la surface du canal 2, ce qui rend le dispositif 1 non-conducteur. Pour constituer une cellule de mémoire, on ajoute une troisième diffusion 24 qui forme, avec la source commune 3 et le canal intermédiaire, un dispositif d'adressage. Applicable notamment aux systèmes de mémoire à lecture non destructrice.
