Abstract

Procédé permettant de former une fente de refroidissement incurvée. Il consiste à déformer, entre deux matrices 22, 23, la partie de bord de fuite 18 d'une pale formée avec une courbure normale, en sens inverse de sa courbure initiale et, pendant qu'elle est dans cette position, à former une fente 24 rectiligne entre une cavité interne 14 de la pale et l'intrados il du bord de fuite de sorte que, lorsque les matrices sont écartées, la pale reprend élastiquement sa forme et la fente prend une forme incurvée. L'invention est applicable à la fabrication des aubes forgées des turbomachines.
