Abstract

L'invention concerne l'industrie du laminage Le procédé faisant l'objet de l'invention est caractérisé en ce que la variation de l'effort pour le déplacement des paliers du cylindre 8 au cours de la déformation de la bande s'effectue proportionnellement à l'effort de laminage, en accord avec la relation: R = K2 P, dans laquelle : R est l'effort de déplacement des paliers du cylindre 8; P, l'effort de laminage; K2 , un coefficient choisi de façon à satisfaire la condition : K2 = K1 /K + 1 dans laquelle : K1 est le coefficient de proportionnalité entre le déplacement des paliers du cylindre 8 et l'effort s'opposant au rapprochement des paliers des cylindres; K, le coefficient de raideur de la cage. L'invention s'applique notamment au laminage de tales, bandes, profilés simples et de forme, tubes.
