Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une substance à base d'oxyde pour générateur d'oxygène Il consiste à mélanger une certaine quantité de particules sèches de zircone avec une certaine quantité de particules de peroxyde de baryum de manière à en former un mélange intime, à chauffer ce mélange jusqu'à ce que les particules de peroxyde de baryum fondent et enrobent les particules de zircone, à décomposer le revêtement de peroxyde de baryum en oxyde de baryum,puis à refroidir les particules de zircone ainsi enrobées d'oxyde de baryum jusqu'à une température prédéterminée, et à faire enfin passer ces particules enrobées et refroidies à travers un broyeur pour donner à la substance à base d'oxyde ainsi obtenue la granulométrie désirée Application à l'équipement des extracteurs d'oxygène.
