Abstract

Brasage de pièces métalliques à l'aide d'une feuille métallique d'apport, ductile, homogene. La feuille de brasage qui permet le brasage d'aciers inoxydables, comprend essentiellement de 0 à environ 4 % d'atomes de fer, de 0 à environ 21 % d'atomes de chrome, de 0 à environ 16 % d'atomes de bore, de 0 à environ 19 % d'atomes de silicium, de 0 à environ 22 % d'atomes de phosphore, le reste étant constitué de nickel et d'impuretés accidentelles. En outre, la composition doit être telle que le total du fer, du chrome et du nickel est compris entre environ 76 et 84 % d'atomes, et le total du bore, du silicium et du phosphore entre environ 16 et 24 % d'atomes. La feuille ductile permet la fabrication de pré-formes complexes qui ne nécessitent ni liant, ni flux pour les poudres de brasage actuellement utilisées pour braser les aciers inoxydables et les alliages à base de nickel.
