Abstract

La présente invention concerne des formulation antibiotiques. Selon l'invention on fournit une formulation antibiotique beta -lactame nouvelle ainsi que son procédé de préparation. Cette formulation comprend un antibiotique beta -lactame insoluble dans l'eau ou difficilement soluble sous forme particulaire enrobé d'un mélange comprenant en poids 1 à 3 parties de lécithine et 0,2 à 1 partie de polyvinylpyrrolidone pour 100 parties de l'antibiotique beta -lactame, la formulation ayant une taille de particules de 74 microns ou inférieure et étant substantiellement dépourvue de chlorure de sodium. Le mélange antibiotique injectable permet des combinaisons d'un antibiotique beta -lactame et d'un antibiotique aminoglycoside à administrer sous forme de compositions injectables uniques.
