Abstract

Préparation stable de chloramphénicol pour injections. Pour stabiliser des solutions de chloramphénicol dans la N-méthyl-pyrrolidone, on y incorpore 4 à 20 % et de préférence 5 à 10 % en poids de polyvinyl-pyrrolidone. L'addition de cette substance permet en outre de préparer des préparations avec des concentrations en chloramphenicol allant jusqu'à 60% et de réduire par conséquent les volumes à injecter. Application à la médecine vétérinaire.
