Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de commutation à transistors. Ce dispositif comporte deux transistors bipolaires T1, T2 branchés en opposition de manière qu'en fonction de la polarité du signal à commuter l'un des transistors est toujours conducteur dans le sens normal, tandis que l'autre est conducteur dans le sens inverse; des diodes Dl, D2 sont branchées en parallèle avec les voies conductrices desdits transistors cependant que des transistors de shuntage T3, T4 sont branchés en opposition en étant associés aux transistors T1, T2 dans une voie de branchement parallèle à celle de ces transistors, l'ensemble commutant des signaux provenant d'une source U, étant raccordé à une tension d'alimentation Uv . Application notamment aux dispositifs de commutation dès signaux d'émission et de réception des oscillateurs ultra-sonores d'un réseau générateurs d'ultra-sons.
