When the TRQ2 is changed to the turn-on state from the turn-off state at a time T2, a current flowed to a bias resistance R2 is absorbed by the TRQ2 and is not flowed to the base of the TRQ1, and the base stored carrier of the TRQ1 is short-circuited by the TRQ2, and therefore, the turn-off time of the TRQ2 becomes very short.
