Abstract
The transistor switch controls the operation of an array of ultrasonic senders and receivers. Each switching path includes a similar transistor switch circuit. At least two bipolar transistors (T1, T2) are connected in opposite senses in each switching gap, so that, depending on the signal polarity, one transistor is normally conducting, and the other is inversely conducting. Diodes (D1, D2) are in parallel with the transistors, whose polarity is opposite to that of the normally conducting transistor.
