Abstract

L'invention concerne une barre racleuse allongée à utiliser avec une bande de convoyeur et analogue, comprenant une première couche formée en granules durs, résistant à l'abrasion, enfouie dans l'élastomère pour former un mélange élastomère/ granules et une seconde couche d'élastomère sans les granules. Selon l'invention, dans la couche d'élastomère non mélangée 32 est enfouie une pièce d'insertion allongée en matériau rigide 33 placée et construite de façon à empêcher une flexion de la barre racleuse 14 du fait d'une différence de retrait entre la première couche 31 d'élastomère et de granules et la seconde couche d'élastomère 32. L'invention s'applique notamment au transfert des matières granulaires.
