Abstract

L'invention concerne l'amélioration du rendement thermique de la combustion d'un << combustible>> hydrocarboné liquide. On fait brûler, dans des conditions d'atomisation, dans une unité de chauffage, le combustible dans lequel est dissous ou dispersé un polymère à masse moléculaire élevée. Le procédé permet d'améliorer de 1 à 6 % le rendement calorifique de carburants ou de mazouts.
