Abstract

Matière à mouler thermoplastique. Cette matière à mouler contient 80 à 20 parties en poids d'un polycarbonate thermoplastique à base d'un dihydroxydiarylalcane, 20 à 80 parties en poids d'un polymère greffé d'un mélange de 95 à 50 % en poids de styrène et/ou de méthacrylate de méthyle et de 50 à 5 % en poids d'acrylonitrile et/ou de méthacrylonitrile sur un caoutchouc diénique présentant une température de transition du second ordre inférieure à - 30 degrés C, les proportions relatives entre le caoutchouc et le mélange des monomères allant de 80 : 20 à 10 : 90 et la matière à mouler contenant 5 à 35 % en poids du caoutchouc, et 5 à 75 parties en poids d'un copolymère à structure chimique uniforme qui consiste en 93 à 50 parties en poids de styrène et/ou de méthacrylate de méthyle, 40 à 5 parties en poids d'acrylonitrile et/ou de méthacrylonitrile et 2 à 30 parties en poids d'anhydride maléique. La matière à mouler thermoplastique selon l'invention se moule plus facilement que le polycarbonate pur, mais possède toujours les remarquables propriétés thermomécaniques de ce polycarbonate.
