Abstract

본 발명은 가공성, 선형 열 팽창에 대한 내성 및 저온 인성의 개선된 조합을 가진, (a) 카보네이트 중합체성분, (b) 그라프팅된 고무 중합체 성분을 함유하지 않는 모노비닐리덴 방향족 공중합체 성분 및 (c) 무기 충진제 성분의 블렌드에 관한 것이다. 특정 형상을 갖는 작은 입자 크기의 충진제(c)가 선형 열 팽창에 대한 내성을 제공하고 충진된 블렌드의 내충격성을 유지하기 위해 바람직하게 사용된다.

충진된 카보네이트 중합체 블렌드 조성물(FILLED CARBONATE POLYMER BLEND COMPOSITIONS)

Claims (20)

  1. (a) 카보네이트 중합체 성분; (b) 그라프팅(grafting)시킨 고무 중합체 성분을 함유하지 않는 모노비닐리덴 방향족 공중합체 성분; 및 (c) 10㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 크기 및 4:30의 직경 대 두께의 평균 비(D/T)를 가진 무기 중진제를 함유하는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (a)성분 (a) 및 (b)의 중량을 기준으로 50 내지 95중량%의 카보네이트 중합체; (b)성분 (a) 및 (b)의 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 50중량%의 모노비닐리덴 방향족 공중합체; 및 (c)성분 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 17중량%의 무기 충진제를 포함하는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충진제가 활석, 점토 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충진제가 6:30의 직경/두께의 평균 비를 가지는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충진제의 99% 이상의 44㎛ 미만의 입자 직경을 갖는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충진제가 수화된 마그네슘 실리케이트 활석인 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충진제가 2㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충진제가 30㎛ 이하의 최대 입자 크기를 갖는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카보네이트 중합체가 비스페놀 A, 테트라브로모-비스페놀 A, 테트라메틸 비스페놀 A, 1,1-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)-1페닐에탄, 또는 비스하이드록시페닐플루오렌으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 중합화된 형태의 하나 이상의 디하이드록시 단량체를 포함하는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카보네이트 중합체가 10분당 3 내지 80g의 용융 유동 속도를 가지는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합화된 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴을 포함하는 모노비닐리덴 방향족 공중합체를 포함하는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴 공중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 140,000 내지 250,000인 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 모노비닐리덴 방향족 공중합체가 상기 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴의 중량을 기준으로 15 내지 35중량%의 아크릴로니트릴을 포함하는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카보네이트 중합체 성분이 (a)(1) 고무 중합체 충격 재질제 성분을 포함하는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 카보네이트 중합체 성분이 (a)(1) 스티렌 메틸 메트아크릴레이트의 중합체로 그라프팅된 부타디엔의 그라프팅된 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인 고무 중합체 충격 개질제 성분을 포함하는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 모노비닐리덴 방향족 공중합체가 중합화된 형태의 스티렌, 및 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴의 중량을 기준으로 23중량% 이상의 아크릴로니트릴을 포함하는 충진된 중합체 블렌드 조성물.
  17. 어떠한 고무 중합체 충격 개질제 성분도 함유하지 않는 제1항의 조성물로부터 제조된 성형품.
  18. 제1항의 조성물로부터 제조된 성형품.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 자동차 내부 계기 패널인 성형품.
  20. 펠릿으로 절단된 제품 또는 스트랜드를 형성하기 위해 제1항에 따른 중합체 블렌드 조성물의 압출 단계를 포함하는, 카보네이트 중합체/모노비닐리덴 방향족 공중합체 블렌드로부터 압출된 제품 또는 펠릿을 제조하는 공정에서 압형 팽창을 감소시키기 위한 개선된 방법.
