Abstract

Procédé de refroidissement de films tubulaires extrudés et dispositif en vue de sa mise en oeuvre. Le film tubulaire 6 extrudé par la filière 3 de la tête 1 est soutenu intérieurement par un matelas d'air créé par la diffusion d'air amené à l'interieur d'une chambre 12 et diffusé vers le film tubulaire 6 à travers sa paroi poreuse 13. A l'extérieur du film 6 il est prévu un anneau de soufflage 14 dont le débit se divise en un flux tangentiel au film V et un flux horizontal H débité à travers une collerette à débit réglable 18. Cet air soufflé extérieur et/ou intérieur peut être réfrigéré. La chambre 12 peut être en un matériau fritté ou pierre artificielle poreuse. Application : fabrication par extrusion de matériaux en gaine.
