Abstract

L'invention concerne une tête d'extrusion à soufflage, pour réaliser un tube à paroi mince 18. La tête comporte une fente annulaire de sortie 16 pour la matière à extruder, et une fente annulaire d'éjection d'air 26, concentrique à la fente d'extrusion 16, pour refroidir la paroi mince du tube 18 sortant de la fente d'extrusion 16. Un organe de déflection, tel qu'un déflecteur annulaire 28, est disposé en saillie vers l'extérieur dans le sens axial, entre la fente annulaire d'extrusion 16 et la fente annulaire d'éjection d'air 26. De préférence le déflecteur annulaire 28 est entièrement ajouré. Application aux têtes d'extrusion à soufflage, pour en augmenter le rendement, grâce à la dépression crée par le déflecteur, qui stabilise le tube extrudé, en attirant sa paroi mince vers l'extérieur.
