Abstract

L'invention concerne l'utilisation des scories. Il s'agit d'un procédé d'utilisation d'une scorie provenant de la production de l'acier à l'oxygène (à nommer ci-après la scorie LD.) qui permet de réduire les oxydes métalliques présents dans la scorie à un métal au moyen d'un agent réducteur et par l'ajout d'un additif contenant de l'Al2O3 , et qui permet de séparer le métal de la scorie, caractérisé en ce qu'on mélange d'abord la scorie LD. avec un produit (des produits) d'addition contenant au moins les oxydes d'aluminium et de silicium dans un rapport de 45-2 parts et demie du produit d'addition à 55-97 parts et demie de la scorie LD. et du carbone comme agent réducteur et qu'on laisse avoir lieu la réduction principalement dans la phase solide, après quoi on fait séparer le fer de la nouvelle scorie entre environ 1250 degrés C et 1500 degrés C et on l'élimine ensuite. Ce procédé permet de valoriser les scories jusqu'ici sans intérêt
