Abstract

La cigarette selon l'invention se distingue en ce qu'elle comporte un embout empli d'un matériau filtrant 6, entouré par une gaine 7, par exemple en papier poreux, elle-même entourée par une enveloppe 8 percée de perforations 9. La gaine est imprégnée d'un aromatisant comme le menthol. Quand le fumeur aspire, de l'air pénètre par les perforations 9 et se charge de l'arôme du menthol. L'aromatisant est utilisé avec plus d'efficacité que si par exemple il est introduit en imprégnation du tabac. On peut donc l'employer en quantité moindre. Dautre part, son évaporation au stockage est très réduite.
