Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareillage pour la réalisation de corps creux, en particulier de tubes, en matériaux composites à matrice métallique renforcée de fibres réfractaires. Un moule pour la fabrication de tubes par le procédé selon l'invention est formé d'une partie externe consistant en une frette tubulaire 11, deux demi-coquilles 12 et 13, deux moyens de fermeture 14 et 16 et d'un noyau expansible 21a sur lequel sont enroulées les couches de matériaux P à compacter. Ce moule est introduit dans un four dont on peut contrôler l'atmosphère. Une tubulure 31 permet d'admettre un fluide sous pression dans la cavité C du noyau afin de le dilater en vue de compacter le matériau P. Application à la fabrication de tubes en matériaux composites.
