Abstract

L'invention concerne la préparation de xylose. Il s'agit d'un procédé de préparation de xylose par hydrolyse enzymatique de xylane, caractérisé en ce qu'on fait agir sur une solution aqueuse de xylane : a. Un support qui ne contient essentiellement que la xylanase comme enzyme xylanolytique fixée; b. Un support qui ne contient essentiellement comme enzymes xylanolytiques que la beta -xylosidase et éventuellement l'enzyme de scission de l'acide uronique fixées. Ce procédé permet de préparer du xylose avec des rendements très élevés.
