Procedimiento para la fabricación de xilosa por hidrólisis encimática de xilanos, caracterizado porque se deja actuar sobre una solución acuosa de xilano. a) un portador que de las encimas xilanolíticas contiene principalmente solo xilanasa. b) un portador que de las encimas xilanolíticas contiene fundamentalmente solo beta-xilosidasa y dado el caso una encima disocia ácido urónico.
