Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de 4-hydroxy-phénylalcanolamine et leur préparation. On prépare des alpha -(aminoalkyl)-4-hydroxy-3-(alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl ou alkylsulfonyl)benzèneméthanols et des 2-Ø4-hydroxy-3-(alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl ou alkylsulfonyl)phénylõ-éthylamines par réduction des aminoalkyl 4-hydroxy-3-(alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl ou alkylsulfonyl)phényl cétones et des 2-chloro, bromo ou iodo-2-Ø4-hydroxy-3-(alkythio, alkylsulfinyl ou alkylsulfonyl)-phénylõéthylamines correspondantes respectivement. Les composés ainsi obtenus ont une activité anti-hypertension intéressante car ils ne présentent pas d'effets secondaires de tachycardie.
