Abstract

Procédé pour déceler et identifier des facteurs de rhumatismes. On fait réagir, en présence d'un quelconque facteur complémentaire désactivé d'une manière connue en soi, un échantillon aqueux avec de l'immunoglobuline agrégée soluble identifiée à l'aide de un ou plusieurs atomes ou groupements pouvant être déterminés analytiquement, afin de former des agrégats entre les facteurs de rhumatismes et ladite immunoglobuline agrégée identifiée, lesdits agrégats étant précipités, après quoi ledit précipité est séparé et lesdits atomes ou groupements sont déterminés dans le précipité et/ou dans la solution. Application à la détermination de la présence de facteurs de rhumatismes en vue d'une thérapie subséquente appropriée.
