Abstract

Procédé de diagnostic de facteurs de rhumatismes. On fait réagir un échantillon aqueux, en présence du facteur complémentaire C1q sous forme non liée avec de l'immunoglobuline agrégée soluble identifiée avec un ou plusieurs atomes ou groupements pouvant être déterminés analytiquement, afin de faire précipiter sélectivement lesdits facteurs de rhumatismes qui, en présence de Clq, peuvent faire précipiter l'immunoglobuline agrégée, après quoi les atomes ou groupements pouvant être déterminés analytiquement le sont dans le précipité et/ou dans la solution. Application à la détermination de la présence de facteurs de rhumatismes en vue d'une thérapie subséquente appropriée.
