Abstract

Dispositif pour raffiner des matériaux en fibres se présentant sous la forme de copeaux qui comprend deux disques de raffinage contra-rotatifs, l'un de ces disques étant pourvu d'ouvertures situées près du centre et destinées à l'alimentation des copeaux dans l'espace situé entre les disques, et une trémie d'alimentation pour guider les copeaux vers lesdites ouvertures, ce dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que, dans la partie inférieure de la trémie d'alimentation est prévu un rotor à arbre horizontal, ce rotor étant muni de pales, et il est conçu et réalisé de façon à projeter à grande vitesse les copeaux dans les ouvertures du disque de raffinage.
