Abstract

Procédé de production d'urée et d'épuration des eaux obtenues consistant à alimenter un réacteur haute pression de synthèse d'urée 1 avec NH3 liquide 4 en excès par rapport à la quantité stoechiométrique en CO2 , 2, avec production d'une solution d'urée 8 contenant du carbamate d'ammonium, à décomposer le carbamate dans un décomposeur haute pression 9 en CO 2 et NH3 à l'aide d'un courant de gaz inertes contenant O2 , à condenser CO2 et NH3 dans un condenseur haute pression 11, à envoyer la solution d'urée 15 provenant de 9, contenant encore du carbamate et NH3 dissous, dans un décomposeur moyenne pression 16, puis dans un décomposeur basse pression 29 dans lequel on obtient en tête des vapeurs de NH3 , CO2 et H2 O qui sont condensées dans un condenseur basse pression 31 et en queue une solution d'urée 38 qui est concentrée sous vide de manière à obtenir de l'urée fondue exempte d'eau.
