Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dosage immunologique en vue de la détermination des catécholamines du type de l'épinéphrine et de la norépinéphrine ainsi que les antigènes et les anticorps permettant d'effectuer ce dosage. Le procédé de l'invention utilise un procédé d'oxydation par lequel, dans différentes conditions de pH et de température, on transforme une ou plusieurs catécholamines choisies du type de l'épinéphrine ou de la norépinéphrine, présentes par ordre de sensibilité croissante à l'oxydation, en une forme non immunoréactive avec un antigène spécifique de ce type de catécholamine. On dose l'échantillon initial et chacun des produits de réaction issus du processus d'oxydation après traitement avec le réducteur au sulfite par dosage immunologique avec un anticorps spécifique de la chaîne latérale de l'épinéphrine ou de la norépinéphrine Application à la détermination des catécholamines.
