Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour cultiver des basidiomycètes appartenant au genre Coriolus des Polyporaceae. On cultive ces basidiomycètes avec un milieu glucosé à l'extrait de levure présentant un rapport déterminé du glucose à l'extrait de levure et une concentration déterminée en glucose. L'invention permet en particulier d'obtenir d'excellents rendements en mycélium de basidiomycètes producteurs de Polysaccharides activité thérapeutique.
