Abstract

La présente invention concerne un étalage frigorifique du type ouvert à l'avant permettant d'y introduire des chariots de marchandises pour que les clients puissent accéder directement aux marchandises étalées. Cet étalage comprend des portes arrières creuses coulissant sur un rail unique cet espace creux faisant partie du circuit d'air, ces portes étant fixées à un rideau pliable qui se plie ou s'étend suivant que ces portes sont ouvertes ou fermées. L'invention est utilisable, par exemple, pour l'étalage des produits laitiers tels que le lait.
