Abstract

L'invention concerne l'industrie des matériaux de construction, et plus précisément, les mélanges de base pour la fabrication du ciment. Le mélange de base selon l'invention comprend des composants calcaires, siliceux, alumineux, ferrugineux et magnésiferes et le chlorure de calcium; la proportion de ces composants dans le mélange de base est la suivante (% en poids) : composant calcaire calculé en CaO) 30 à 42,3 composant siliceux (calculé en SiO2 ) 12,5 à 17,5 Composant alumineux calculé en Al2 O3 ) 1,6 à 12,4 composant ferrugineux (calculé en Fe2 O3 ) 0,6 à 4,4 composant magnésifère (calculé en MgO) 1,5 à 8 chlorure de calcium 6 à 20 pertes à la cuisson complément à 100. Cette composition du mélange de base permet d'effectuer sa cuisson à des températures nettement plus basses (1 000 à 1 100 degrés C) et d'obtenir après la cuisson un ciment à haute résistance à l'état durci.
