Abstract

Le ciment faisant l'objet de l'invention a la composition pondérale suivante : chlorosilicate de calcium fortement basique 20 à 75 % chloro-orthosilicate de calcium 10 à 55 % chloroaluminate de calcium 0,5 à 30 % chlroaluminoferrite de calcium 2 à 20 % Le procédé de fabrication de ce ciment consiste en la cuisson à une température de 1 000 à 1 200 degrés C d'un mélange cru ayant la composition pondérale suivante : matiere calcaire (calculée en CaO) 31,9 à 39,6 % matière siliceuse (calculée en SiO2 ) 13 à 16 % matière alumineuse (calculée en Al2 O3 ) 3,1 à 11 % matière ferrugineuse (calculée en Fe2 O3 ) 0,9 à 4,5 % matière magnésifère (calculée en MgO) 1,4 à 4 % chlorure de calcium 6 à 20 % pertes pendant la calcination le solde, suivie du broyage du clinker de ciment obtenu à l'issue de la cuisson.
